Storyline:
Park Hoon (Lee Jong-suk) and his father were abducted by North Korea when they were young. Park Hoon received his medical training from his father, a well-known physician in North Korea. Park Hoon became as a master thoracic surgeon. During his high school years, he felt profoundly in love with Jae Hee (Jin Se-yeon).
After Park Hoon's father passed away, he attempted to travel to South Korea with Jae Hee but eventually lost communication with her. As a result, he traveled there by himself while searching for Jae Hee. Park Hoon starts working as a doctor at the prestigious Myungwoo University Hospital in South Korea. In the interim, he discovered Doctor Han Seung Hee, a female who resembles Jae Hee identically, and she stated that she is unaware of Park Hoon. Then, it seems that she and a man who despises Park Hoon back in North Korea are working together on a covert mission.
